Uder Antoine

Mr. Uder Antoine is an international development professional with over 16 years of experience in global health and governance program implementation. He currently serves as the Chief of Party of USAID’s Act to End Neglected Tropical Diseases | East program in Haiti, a global flagship initiative to help endemic countries fight neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). In this role, he provides senior technical and managerial leadership and oversight on all aspects of the program, working in close collaboration with Haiti’s Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) to reach the goals of Haiti’s national plans for NTD control and elimination.
Prior to joining RTI in 2019, Mr. Antoine served in positions at Managements Sciences for Health (MSH) including: Finance and Administration Director, Director of Country Operating Management Unit (COMU), Deputy Chief Of Party (DCOP) and in positions in Haiti’s government including General Secretary of the Prime Minister Office, and Coordinator General of Management and Human Resources Office in charge of the State Reforms. He also served as Executive Director of the Electoral Council.
Mr. Antoine is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Internal Auditors Institute, the American Society for Public Administration. He is fluent in French, Creole, and English, with working knowledge of Spanish.
