Over the past two decades, significant strides have been made by governments in combating neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). More than 50 countries have successfully eliminated at least one NTD, with many others on the brink of achieving this milestone. Despite this progress, delivering NTD services in conflict zones, areas of insecurity, and among displaced populations remains a formidable challenge.

Globally, conflict, insecurity, and political instability continue to hinder access to health services, disrupt supply chains, and erode public trust in health systems. To address these obstacles, the NTD community must tailor strategies for service delivery in these communities. This webinar will highlight experiences from Ethiopia, Haiti, Mozambique, and Uganda—four countries with diverse challenges in delivering NTD services amidst conflict and insecurity.
